Refunds are only available in accordance with the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Each Of Sevar Net's packages carries a 30-days money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days, you can cancel them and will be given a full refund of the fees paid in advance. It is only necessary to send a request through e-mail at: refund@sevar.net. After checking the authenticity of the request, the fee paid in advance will be refunded and the service package will be terminated. There are no refunds offered or promised after these 30 days.

Note: The domain does not qualify with the 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. The domain cost is $10 USD and is not refunded. The domain is registrated in the customer's name.  CHAT AND CHAT ROOMS

Sevar Net does not allow its customers to install chat rooms. The usage and/or links to IRC(Internet Relay Chat) servers, IRC bots, IRC programs such as EggDrop, BitchX, ircii and others on the Sevar Net's servers is prohibited.

 RESIDENT PROGRAMS

Starting any resident programs on the Sevar Net servers is prohibited.

 PROXY SOFTWARE

Installing and/or using of any Proxy Software on the Sevar Net servers is prohibited.

 ILLEGAL USE

The Sevar Net users are personally accountable for the data and the materials on their web pages. Sevar Net is required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies if it becomes aware of the presence of any material that is obsene, defamatory, discriminatory, constitutes an illegal threat or violates laws of a certain country, etc., or being transmitted through its servers. Violators will face immediate suspension and could become a subject of prosecution.

Sevar Net obliges all its users to observe the requirements of the copyright law. Any copyrighted materials, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, domain, etc. must be used only with a proper authorization of the owner.

 SYSTEM AND NETWORK SECURITY

The failure by a customer to meet and follow these requirements will result in an immedeate termination of his/her account and may subject him/her to law prosecution. Sevar Net will inform and facilitate the authorities in inquiring any violation.

 SPAMMING

Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over Internet (known as spamming) is prohibited on Sevar Net servers.
Your domain or web page must not be indicated as spamming source and/or provider. E-mail published on any Internet page is not an invitation for such a sort of e-messages. Also is prohibited to send unsolicited bulk mail using other provider and the name of Sevar Net.
Sevar Net reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes a violation of anti-spamming policy.
Sevar Net will terminate its services without notification if any of this provision is violated. No payment is refunded in this case.

 INDEMNIFICATION

Sevar Net users agree to protect, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Sevar Net and Sevar Net executives, managers, officers, employees, consultants, contractors from and against any and all liabilities, losses, costs, judgements, damages, claims, or causes of actions, icluding, without limitation, any and all legal fees and expenses, arising out of or resulting in any form of customer's use of Sevar Net services.

No oral advice or written information given by Sevar Net, its employee, will create a warranty; nor may you rely on any such information or advice. Sevar Net will not be liable for any cost, damage or loss for your business arising directly or indirectly from any use of Sevar Net services. This includes, without limitations, data losses because of service delay and/or termination, caused by Sevar Net and/ or its employees. Sevar Net reserves the right to discontinue, upgrade, modify, or change in any way, without limitation or notification to customers the terms and conditions for its services use. Failure to follow the terms and conditions will result in termination of your account.

 ACTIONS TAKEN BY SEVAR NET

Sevar Net reserves the right in sole and absolute discretion to refuse or terminate its services. Failure to folow any term and/or condition for usage of Sevar Net may result in warning for termination or immediate termination of its services. Registration with forged personal data will result in termination of Sevar Net services.
